President’s Welcome

Welcome to Women in Leadership of Central Illinois.

As women leaders in the Peoria area, we are part of a vibrant, talented, and passionate community that is dedicated to growth, connection, and making a meaningful impact, not just in our professions, but in every area of our lives.

This year, our focus is on Maximizing Your Membership. Whether you're a long-standing member or new to the organization, there is so much value available to you, from monthly luncheons and mentoring opportunities to special events, networking, and our commitment to community through scholarships and service. We want to ensure you’re fully aware of everything Women in Leadership has to offer, and just as importantly, that you feel empowered to contribute your own gifts and insights to help others grow, too.

Our board is committed to creating more meaningful connections, engaging programming, and supportive spaces where leadership can flourish. I invite you to get involved, attend regularly, invite guests, and take full advantage of the incredible women you’re surrounded by.

Together, we will continue to elevate and empower one another to new levels of personal and professional success.

    Annual dues for applications in January are $48.00 which includes $2.50 online processing fee. These are for dues through June 30. If you chose to pay in cash or check, please pay $64.00. Thank you!
