What is Women in Leadership?
Women in Leadership of Central Illinois is an organization with the objective of promoting leadership among women by providing mentoring, networking, and educational opportunities.
Our Mission
At WIL of Central Illinois, we bring women together to share knowledge, support each other’s businesses, and spotlight upcoming events. Our mission is to encourage leadership and create a welcoming community where everyone can flourish and grow.
What WIL Does
Host an annual conference to share the latest trends and information for Women Leaders
Host monthly luncheons to network and enjoy educational programs
Annually recognize five outstanding women leaders for their professional and personal excellence
Annually provide a $1,000 scholarship to a woman seeking a degree or professional development
Hold special events throughout the year to give our members another opportunity to build relationships with each other
Our members represent multiple industries and professions, including business, manufacturing, and health care
